Stephen’s career reflects a steady rise through increasing levels of human resources management across multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Sara Lee Corporation and the Jack Daniel Distillery. His dedication, strategic insight, and people-focused leadership ultimately led to his role as Senior Director of Human Resources including Safety and Security at Jack Daniel, where he retired after a distinguished tenure.

Demonstrating a lifelong commitment to growth and professional excellence, Stephen also earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree, further strengthening his understanding of employment law, compliance, and organizational risk.

Built on this foundation of experience, resilience, and continuous learning, our company has evolved into a trusted partner for organizations seeking expert HR leadership, compliance guidance, and strategic workforce solutions.

 Paige brings more than 30 years of broad, hands-on experience that spans both entrepreneurship and corporate financial leadership. Her accounting background ranges from general accounting to advanced investigative work as a Certified Fraud Examiner, giving her a deep understanding of financial accuracy, risk, and organizational integrity.

Throughout her career, Paige has built and operated her own successful small businesses, while also helping countless entrepreneurs start, manage, and grow theirs. This combination of practical ownership experience and professional financial expertise allows her to support businesses at every stage—from launch to long-term sustainability.

Her work extends across a diverse range of industries, including automotive manufacturing, trucking, franchising, aviation, communications/IT, healthcare, and construction. This multi-industry perspective enables her to adapt quickly, understand complex operational environments, and deliver solutions tailored to each organization’s unique challenges. The companies Paige has supported have grown exponentially, several have become worth over $100M.  She has served as outsourced CFO, COO, CEO, Direct of Operations, and Director of Human Resources. She also has successfully overseen business turnarounds and provided leadership to distressed organizations.
